Purchase by register gstin co. Without his gstin no.
Treatment in account
Consider as end consuner take as without input of gst as full tax invoice value as expense.
Is there any problem arise for not taking input.

No problem arise if you dont take ITC but if you take ITC then you are required GSTIN of supplier....
Also you can check in GSTR-2A that invoice by supplier uploaded or not.
