if a form have made purchases in f.y 2015-16 and returns it in f.y 2016-17 how does that affects on accounts ??? and also how i make the entry in tally???

It is a transaction of F.Y. 2015-16 so if it is return in F.Y. 2016-17 then you have do exact revert entry of purchase. it will reduce your purchase and for that you can issue a debit note to your suppliers.
