Purchase made agnst c form can be sold against c form

27 February 2012 Dear Sir,
I,want to ask realted to, a dealer in Regd with Delhi Vat, have made purchase out of Delhi against C Form.

can such dealer sold goods against C Form, if can under which section

27 February 2012 Having under stood the question rightly as to a purchase made against c form , whether the same goods can again be sold against c form..

The answer is yes.. the same is absolutely permitted.. and no restiction on the same..

28 February 2012 Yes it is upto you, whether you have to make OMS sale against C form, or you have to make local sale against VAT or export aginst Form H.

It is not anyway related to type of purchase u made.
