If registered dealer purchased from unregistered dealer, Can registered dealer is liable to pay vat on purchase? if yes, he can claim set off against vat paid on purchase from URD

15 February 2012 no need to pay VAT. You can purchase goods from unregistered dealers, But you have to charge VAT at the time of sale of that good.
