Q (1) If we purchase raw material from out of state(CST) and manufacture finished goods and sale out of the state(CST), then can we claim the paid CST? Q (2) If yes, then can we set off output CST against Input CST

No cst claim is allowed, only in case on 100% EOU CST claim is allowed, but not allowed set off, you can claim the refund of CST amount paid in case of 100% EOU.
