One of my friend wants to publish a Book. What is the procedure for publication. I mean what are all the approvals they have to get.

Kindly treat this as urgent and reply in priority basis.

18 December 2012 Type of publication is the KEY. Text book, Novel, Private circulation and so on. (For private circulation does not need any permission.)
