10 July 2017 We have registered in State Vat Act. We could not receive PID and Pswd for GST migration.

As per department they are saying for new registration .

What should us do. Should we go for new registration or do something else.

What would be for VAT & Excise credit of stock held as on 30.6.2017 in such case.

10 July 2017 Since you are registered dealer under existing law i.e under VAT law, you need to migrate to GST and have to obtain PID and Pswd for GST migration.
