Sir, i have started my articleship in 21st dec 2010,and my CA Final attempt is in november 2013.But as per the provisonal attempt rules, Can i give my attempt in may 2013.

No, you can't provisional attempt rule is applicable for pcc passed students. So your 1st attempt for c.a final vl b in november 2013.
