13 May 2011 One my client is a private limited company, and the company wants to give designation to one of his employee as "DIRECTOR - MARKETING ". I would like to know whether it is permissable under the Act. The concerned employee is not a share holder of the company nor the company is willing to file form 32 with MCA.

16 May 2011 If he will be inducted on the Board of Directors of the Company, then Form 32 has to be filed otherwise no need in my opinion.
