Provional tax audit report and balance sheet and p&l

Dear Sir,

In case of limited company, whether provisional tax audit report , balance and P&L a/c can be issued before finalization of accounts by statutory auditor.

there is no any provision for provisional tax audit report..

you may provide provisional balance sheet but not audit report.
