Provident fund deduction on salary

18 September 2013 Dear Expert,
If one employee basic salary 35000/= per month and one month his present only 10,and he earn relevant month of Rs. 13462/=(35000/26*10),so what provident fund will be deduction of employee and employer.
please guide me.

Its 12% of Basic Salary unless company policy is to limit Basic Pay to Rs.6500.

18 September 2013 Check basic salary as vaibhav said.
Directly calculate 12% from both side on that amount.
