Dear All
Do we take into consideration the 'employers' contribution to PF' while calculating gross salary? I mean along with basic,DA, HRA, LTA etc.

No. But the term CTC(Cost to the company) definitely includes the Employer's contribution to PF also.

NO but it will included if more then 12%

Some companies used to include the Employer PF contribution to the gross salary as well. There is no such standard practice in prevelance.
