23 November 2013 To which basic condition for deducting the PF and ESIC ?
IF co. not want to cut PF and ESIC ther can Co.Do that?

05 December 2013 Please refer the sec.1(3) with subject to sec.16 of Provident fund act. it will give the applicability criteria of the PF
