What is the procedure of formation of proprietory business.Is it registered anywhere for his legal status.
Can bank a/c open in the name of pro. business name, if yes whats the requirment.

02 January 2011 Registration required under various law, if needed required, otherwise no registration is required for legal status.

bank account may be opened in the name of business, but every where proprieter name will appear.
