HI Experts, I just found somewhere that Property Tax is exempted for female owners & senior citizens. Can someone please confirm if this is applicable to Thane Area in Mumbai?
Also if yes 1)If female is second name in Property will it be an issue ? 2)How do I apply for exemption? 3)Can the property Tax paid can be used to deduct my Income tax liability?
