Ashish is blind, Just passed B.A(Eng). wid the help of scholarship. Thr is an ancestral property of Ashish' late Grandfather in Bikaner who earned the property on his own.Ashish has just got a job in that city .His father has 2 brothers and a sister.All married.His Pa lives in U.P., 1 uncle @ Jaipur and 1 @ Bikaner.Bhua @ Mumbai.Grandmother dont want seperation.
Problem is Uncle @ Bikaner has made him out of the ancestral house in which he had his father's room.

If the grandfather has not prepared any will, then the property would be equally shared by both sons. If he has prepared a will and transferred it to the uncle, then nothing can be done.
Fight out legally with the help of some good advocate.

No.thr is no will but grandma dont want seperation.And total sons including Ashish' Dad r 3 not 2, Daughter is only 1..And total grandsons & Grand daughters are 4

Gng 2 advocate is again a burdensome procedure for a blind peson like him and also very tiring and costly too...Can u sugest anything else taking into cnsideration his blindness

If physically moving is not possible, then he can appoint some close person / associate as his power of attorney to the needful in the matter.
