i am a practising chartered accountant, i have been approached from one of my clients to prepare project Report for modernisation of Rice mill which is presently in old model. he needs investmetn of around & above one crore, for which he needs bank loan.
i need an model proforma of project report of modernisation of Rice mill.. and also wanted to know the procedure for preparation of project report. i also want information of subsidy avaialable where shall i get it. i had logged on many official websites but couldn't know. please help me regarding this too.
