Performa invoice is just a type of bill generated to ease in calculating the final amount aur to take advance amount from the customers..
its just like duplicate bill having no much importance...
but you can raise fund for this.. you can provide performa bill for the running contract which completes in a longer time and u need to take advance in between the completion.. so you can take advance by giving performa invoice of the work completed
