IN A PVT. LTD. COMPANY LOSS SHOULD BE TRANSFER OR CALLED AS MISC. EXPENDITURE ( ASSETS ), PLEASE TELL ME HOW SHOULD I TRANSFER IT IN THE MISC. EXPENDITURE ( ASSETS ) A/C. OR ANY THING I SHOULD.

PLEASE TELL ME IF I AM WRONG ANYWHERE.
