Dear Sir, I am working with PVT LTD Company and company has 3 year reserve and surplus by way of Profit. However I want to know if there are 4 directors and company has to decide distribute the profit (reserve and surplus) among the director then what is the procedure of distributing the profit. If I distribute the profit by way of Dividend then how to treat the double taxation issue. Please let me know the answer as soon as possible Thanks and Regards!!!!!!!! RUPESH
