20 March 2014 Mr.A working in two different company and both the company deducted the Professional Tax.It is correct?

22 March 2014 Yes if both the Salary's crosses the limit then P Tax should b deducted by both the employers.....

22 April 2014 yes it is liability of employer to deducted the tax if employee salary exceed the limit.
