we have group of companies and one of our employees getting salary from more than one companies and his salary is more than Rs. 20000/- for all the company. should i need to deduct PT from his salary from all the companies?

How can a person can work for more than one organisation on full time basis?

If you are showing as part time working then also PT is calculated on the basis of its slab.

Yes, you have to deduct PT from all companies.
