please confirm whether professional tax is applicable on the lawyers practising in court or working with the law firms.if it is applicable then please give me the rate or slab.

Professional tax is applicable to lwayers . Professional tax is levied by the state government.Rate & slab are precribed by the state in which you have place of business and or profession.
