PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT PROFESSIONAL TAX. OUR FIRM IS PARTNERSHIP FIRM. IN THIS FIRM CURRENTLY 3 PARTNER 2 PARTNERS ARE WORKING IN OTHER COMPANY. HE TAKING SALARY THROUGH OTHER COMPANY & ALSO DEDUCTED PROFESSIONAL TAX ON HES SALARY. AT PRESENT 4 PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS PARTNERSHIP FIRM & SALARY GOES TO ABOVE 5OOO EACH PER MONTH. WE ARE NOT OBTAIN PROFESSIONAL TAX REGISTRATION ON COMPANY NAME. SO IT IS MANDATORY TO US GETTING PROFESSIONAL TAX REGISTRATION.
