Wheather Professional Tax paid was claimed as a business expenditure ?

Yes, you can claim definately the amount paid towards professional as a business expenditure, if you have incurred and paid that amount for 'business'.
You may please note that even professional tax paid by an individual on his salary income is also allowed as a deduction u/s16.
