I have a Query about the PT i,e : If PT is deducted from employee who have above 10000 salary ( for a month ) & we deduct the sum of RS. 150 from his salary but if employee is
absent & he gets around 8000 to 9000 thousand salary for the month then, is it possible to deduct the PT ?
