I have around fifteen years of experience in accounts with having qualification B.Com. I want to join a professional course for further growth, kindly tell me the easier or cheaper course and institute also. Also please tell me should I windup to any other field say H.R. becoz this stream (accounts) doesn't give such good returns. Please guide me what should I do?

You can go for ICWA and CS. your job experiance will be count and articleship should be exempt.

After do ICWA or/and CS you can choose your field i.e. Taxation,audit,cost,accounts,corporate,decision making etc.
