HI, I AM WORKING AS LIC AGENT IN MAHARASHTRA,
EVERY YEAR LIC DEDUCTED RS.2500/-AS A PROFESSIONAL TAX FROM THE EARNED COMMISSION. (FOR THIS I AM NOT GETTING ANY PAID RECEIPT.)
HOW CAN I CLAIM THE SAME IN MY INCOME TAX RETURN?

You can claim expenses in itr -3 claim. PT expenses against commission income. PT is direct tax applicable in all states
