I want to know when is it mandatory to take PTRC and PTEC registrations.

08 September 2019 PTEC registrations is compulsory for all establishment, where as PTRC. Applicable depends on If employees salary falls under PT deductible salary.

Each state got fhere own Professional tax slabs

08 September 2019 If the location of the company is in Maharashtra state and the Total salary per employee is below 20,000/-, will PTRC registration be applicable. There are 36 employees in the company.
