Mr. Vaihav works in A Ltd.. He is also a partner in a partnership firm.. A Ltd pays Profession Tax of Rs.2500 for Mr. Vaihav... Is Mr.Vaibhav liable to pay PT for partnership firm also??

No he is not required to pay profession tax again. He can produce before PT Officer, his Form 16 which clearly shows payment of PT by the employer
