Can Profession Tax be deducted from the Salary of Physically Challenged employee, who comes under Sec 80 U category?

17 March 2016 Physically Handicap persons as prescribed u/s. 27A of Mahrashtra Profession Tax Act are exempted from payment of tax. No need to deduct Tax by employer if certificate is submitted.

17 March 2016 Our Company is in Chennai, Tamilnadu. One of our employees who is physically challenged works in our Client place in Mumbai, Should we deduct Profession Tax from his salary or not?
