21 January 2015 Sir,
I want to increase issued,subscribed&paid up capital from Rs.100000 to Rs.500000.Which steps are required to fulfill for it?

21 January 2015 Thank you Sir. Please give me the resolution para starting with "RESOLVED THAT..." for altering issued capital from 100000 to 500000
