2. And how to show this gift transaction in Income Tax Return

26 May 2014 By executing the gift deed and registering the same.

No option to reflect in the Income Tax Return.

26 May 2014 if you are give gift to relative then you make gift deep and make registration .

and in income tax act retain the deed for future
