Suppose A Ltd merged into B Ltd. After Merger can any tell me how PAN and TAN of A Ltd is surrendered? Please advise for detailed procedure for the same.
The PAN & TAN can be submitted as usual by the erstwhile director/authorised signatory of the company accompanied with the Merger resolution, approval letter.
