16 March 2013 Procedure for registration is prescribed vide CBE&C circular No. 662/53/2002 dated 17.9.2002 and notification No. 35/2001-CE(NT) dated 26.6.2001. After 1.5cr company is liable to register with central excise and pay the duty.
