1. For proprietor firm no need to take separate PAN. Your individual PAN will do. . 2. Service Tax Reg. to be taken when gross receipts crosses Rs.9 lacs in a financial year. . 3. Make a rubber stamp of proprietor, letter head, address stamp and get a CA certificate for address proof if you don't have any (accepted by private banks); if your place of business is other than existing one. . 4. You have to register your firm under PROFESSION TAX.
