08 April 2016 In many cases for filing form INC-1 , there is required to take PRIOR approval of CG for words like India to be included in it. What is the procedure to take such prior approval from CG?

08 April 2016 Mr. Sagar,

File form cg-1 with an application mentioning the reason why INDIA Word should allot to you. MCA will look at your application if they will satisfy then they will issue a order.
Then you can file iNC-1 with copy of order

09 April 2016 Dear Divesh goyal thank you for such information
However when we file CG-1 there is column for CIN which is mandatory to be filled in.

In our case company is yet to be incorporated.

So CIN is not available.

What is the other option left?
