Hello dear, you have asked the tough question regarding which answer is just a way to go on the track. There may also be many other ways. To be perfect in any work, you need hard work and time both. You can learn many things by working with your seniors, but you can learn everything with double speed if you try to handle the situations in your field by taking full responsibility and at least solve the problem full from your side before taking any help.......best wishes
