PROCEDURE FOR FILING FORM 5

25 April 2008 SIR/MADAM,

ACTUALLY I AM PROCEEDING FOR FILING FORM 5 WITH RoC FOR INCREASING THE AUTHORISED CAPITAL OF A COMPANY. I HAVE HEARD THAT THE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED PHYSICALLY AFTER ITS FRANKING APART FROM FILING IT ELECTRONICALLY. I AM CONFUSED ABIUT ACTUAL PROCEDURE. PLEASE HELP ME SIR.

25 April 2008 AFTER STAMPING FORM 5 BY SUB REGISTRAR WITH STAMP DUTY,PL. SHOW TO ROC OFFICE AS THEY WISH TO SEE THE ACTUAL STAMPING .
OTHERWISE HOW DOES ROC KNOW THAT WE PAID STAMP DUTY BEFORE ALLOWING TO FILE FORM 5.
THEN ONLY ONE CAN FILE FORM 5. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US RECENTLY.
