Fill validate and upload

09 July 2012 Thanks Pawan for prompt reply.
But the temmplate available at MVAT web is not allowing to me to select 'I' form option. in fact there is no such option under 'Form type' field for applying 'I' form.
The available options are applying forms like, C, H, F, E-I, E-II
