03 March 2009 The firm in which i am working i am feeling a lot pressure. Not due to work but due to communication takes place in the office. My manager speakes very badly to me. I am in first year and he is telling me to do those work which i don't know which i'll be learning in final or after PCC. I informed him the same thing but he is not ready to listen any thing. he says see na, see na and tryes to make me liable not even for these but also for those which others did. He always keeps on insulting me infront of client and also infront of other students.
Last time on outstation audit he told me that he is checking out hotel in the morning and catching the morning flight and my bus was in the night, till 12 hours will I stay on footpath?
And many more such incidents.
In short he wants me to do the work which need to be performed by final students and makes me liable for such things.
He shouts on me like mad persons. It looks he is playing game with me. He tells me something else and to others some thing else.
He is trying to create differences between me and my friends.
Partner is not at all interested in office. He acts like it is his pat time work.
Tell me what to do? I am thinking to change articles. Guide me what to do?

11 April 2009 i have applied for termination one and half month ago still he has not signed the firm. first he didn,t got ready to sign the form. manager told me that in audit at client place my work is finished after that i have applied for transfer but infront of principle he told that i am required - he lied tried to trap me. they put obligation on me. Principle loosed all his professionalism he told me to go and call your father. after that when i proved that manager lied in front of principle then he told me so what whether work is their or not u should go. All the above discussion he did infront of his friends who were sitting in his office. even the discussion with client he does in front of his friends without thinking informatipon is getting leaked. he forgot the auditors responsibility. his COP should be cancelled.
later on when he found that i will not work their he got ready to sign my papers on saturday, 3 weeks are gone till now his saturday has not came.
if at other place i didn,t get from back that my attempt will get posponed by 6 months.
when i call principle he doesn,t lift the call when i go office for signature i found most of time he is sleeping at home.
he says u r wasting partner's time i,ll see on saturday and saturday he doesn't come to office.
i told about my attempt getting postponded he says u r wasting my time come on saturday.
Tell me what to do?
