Problem in Uploading DIN-1

06 July 2011 I am uploading DIN-1 at MCA site but it shows the error

" PAN or Voter card or passport number or DL number already exists in the database against a DIN. The form can not be filed."

As I have checked the said person perviously not applied for DIN & also checked it.

Pls suggest how to upload the DIN-1
