hiiiiiiiii M Amit frm kolhapur.I registered my articleship in July 2007,m about to appear PCC in June this year. M also doin CS course for which i got registered in Dec 2007, and i intimated the same to CA Institute in September 2008. Now m fined Rs1000 for late intimation.As per the notice on the Institutes's website i.e students who hv registered bfore 31-3-2008 are not required to fill form no 112. I sent a letter to the Institute containing the notice i.e students who hv registered bfore 31-3-2008 are not required to fill form no 112, but today a letter came from the Institute about it and it stated that 'Registration prior to 31st March is applicable for other than graduation course. As such form no 112 is applicable to you". So wat should i do now..
