me the process that how to make privot table & how can it us?

13 November 2008 1st U plot data on excel sheet.
after plotting data, there is an option in excel to prepare pivot table. From there U can prepare pivot table.

Pivot table is used for presentation

Pivot table is a summary of the data, by the use of this u can summarised the data in different ways in seconds.
Process:-
1. you first enter the data in execl.
2. Select the data of which u wish to make pivot table.
3. in data menu select pivot table & pivot chart report
4. Select lay out
5. Finish
