Private placement - pas 6

We want to file Private Placement Offer Letter(PAS -6).But this form is removed from MCA Website.Please let me know whether new form is available to file Private Placement offer Letter?Please help me in this regards.

We already prepared PAS 4 & PAS 5.Earlier we used to file PAS 6 and the attachments will be PAS 4 & PAS 5.
Please let me know which form i need to file to ROC For Private Placement offer?I have already filed MGT 14 for Private Placement.
Whether we need to file any e-form for private placement offer?
