I want ot form a Pvt. Ltd. company. Do it is mandatory to take the help of CS to form a company or I can directly apply for company registration.

Yes, it is need to help professional. It will be easy to register the company with the help of professional. If Form-1A for name availability is filed by professional then the proposed name if available, then get in few time otherwise it will take few days.
