my query are as below: 1. Is it mandatory that the statutory auditors of a company to be present in such a board meeting(preferably one before the AGM) in which the annual financial accounts and statements are adopted and approved by the board? 2. is it mandatory for the statutory auditors to be present in AGM of that company?
