Can i get Prepared Form16 for the Gross Salary 3,50,000 with the deductions. And the condition here is there should not be any monthly TDS Deductions.

08 July 2010 Form 16 to be prepared not Form 16A giving details of all deductions and TDS deduction.

08 July 2010 U can download the form 16 & 16A from the files section.

On the top of the same it is written which form to be used for what.

Form 16 - for salaried employee
Form 16A - for TDS dedcuted other than salaries employee.

See the format of form 16. it will solve ur doubts.
