Preparation of financial statements of newly incorporated co

19 December 2017 I want to ask that our Company's Incorporation date is 1/02/2016. which is after 1/01/2016.
So as per section 2(41) the Company's First financial year should be 01/02/2016 to 31/03/2017.
is it correct ?
