Your presentation in theory based papers have to be crystal clear and to the point in order to impress upon the examiner.
Answers in lengthy paragraphs, illegible handwriting, not para phrasing your answers, usage of vague terms, quoting incorrect sections or case laws etc., writing in an obscure manner without connecting with the essence of the questions asked, could all be a recipe for disaster and deter the examiner in awarding good marks.
Focus on writing contents in a lucid manner which conveys the correct meaning. Use the language as appearing in legal parlance, where ever necessary. Do not involve in adventurous interpretation of law. Keep it simple and plain with strong backing of correct provision and substance.
